Yoghurt night oat flakes

Picture of a Shabaker.

Yoghurt Night Oats is a classic recipe where you don’t have to make oatmeal. In this way the cooking effort is kept to a minimum and the recipe is loaded with protein, fibre and fruit.

This recipe is a light breakfast that gives you energy all day long.  It may look like eating oats in a different way, but I suggest you try to absorb it at night and it’s very good!

Recommended: Yoghurt is an important choice for your daily breakfast. You can visit this page, because we have listed the yoghurt recipes for breakfast and more than 10 of them.

You can also make night oat recipes with Greek yoghurt. Greek yogurt replaces the usual yogurt in this night oat by a Greek yogurt recipe.

Now let’s move on to making this oatmeal yogurt recipe.

ingredients:

1 ounce of oats soaked overnight, 1/3 cup of yoghurt (normal or Greek), 1/3 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of tea seeds, ½ teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey, ½ cup of frozen or freshly ground fruit.

Oats get creamy when wet at night, and you can find oat flakes with a little soup. You can adjust the consistency to your taste by adding or removing a few spoons of milk.

However, you can experiment with some ingredients, such as almond extract, which is an excellent option for vanilla and gives a stronger taste. You can also avoid adding honey or maple syrup if you are satisfied with the rest. If you also need a crispy texture, you can add roasted nuts.

In addition, you can add seasonal fruit as desired. I suggest you add berries, because they give a good taste to this recipe, and if it’s not fresh berry season, you can use frozen berries.

Procedure:

Add oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla or almond essence and maple syrup or honey. Tighten the lid and shake the can well. Now mix the can with a spoon and stir in the fruit. You can also add oats from above, but don’t mix it with the whole. However, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days and eat it for breakfast.

Benefits:

This recipe is also refreshing and satisfying. What’s more, the recipe is full of protein and other nutritious ingredients that will help you prepare a complete meal. This is the perfect slimming diet you can add to your breakfast.

Yoghurt Dill sauce

Decorate your fish recipes with a yoghurt and dill sauce. The recipe is too simple and you can prepare it quickly with very little cooking utensils.

Ingredients: 1 glass of natural or Greek yogurt (preferably fat-free or fat-free), 1 small clove of garlic (well cut), 1 tablespoon cut fresh dill, ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon rind, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon pepper powder and a pinch of salt.

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and your yogurt and dill sauce is ready.

Benefits:

Dill is an herb of great medicinal value, as a remedy for hypercholesterolemia, problems with the digestive tract, urinary tract problems, fever, problems with leverage, etc. It has also been used in European cuisine for a long time. Adding yoghurt to the dill sauce enriches the sauce with lots of nutrients.
