1 ounce of oats soaked overnight, 1/3 cup of yoghurt (normal or Greek), 1/3 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of tea seeds, ½ teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract, 2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey, ½ cup of frozen or freshly ground fruit.

Oats get creamy when wet at night, and you can find oat flakes with a little soup. You can adjust the consistency to your taste by adding or removing a few spoons of milk.

However, you can experiment with some ingredients, such as almond extract, which is an excellent option for vanilla and gives a stronger taste. You can also avoid adding honey or maple syrup if you are satisfied with the rest. If you also need a crispy texture, you can add roasted nuts.

In addition, you can add seasonal fruit as desired. I suggest you add berries, because they give a good taste to this recipe, and if it’s not fresh berry season, you can use frozen berries.
